What we look for
Our graduate recruitment programme aims to deliver the expertise that enables us to provide cutting-edge engineering and commercial solutions. We need graduates who can fit into a performance-driven culture where people are valued and respected - those who can demonstrate a flair for leadership, plenty of drive, a commitment to teamwork and strong analytical skills. Above all, we want graduates who will relish the chance to improve transport in the capital for 3 million passengers every day.
These are our degree requirements:
Commercial Management / Procurement
- Any degree background will be considered, preferably business or commercial management related or a subject that is highly numerate and analytical
- Good commercial awareness of the operation and environment within which we work or a similar environment
General Management / Project Management
- Any degree background will be considered
- A demonstrable ability for natural leadership
Geotechnical Engineering
- BEng or MEng with a 2:2 or better from a related geotechnical or civil engineering subject
- Degree accredited by the ICE
- An interest in providing solutions to underground railway infrastructure challenges
Civil Engineering
- BEng or MEng with a 2:2 or better from a related engineering subject
- Degree accredited by the ICE
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- BEng or MEng 2:2 or better from a related engineering subject
- Degree accredited by relevant institution, IET or IMechE
Health & Safety
- Class 2:1 degree or better in a degree containing Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management or Environmental Management
- A demonstrable interest in Health & Safety management
